Using tools from art, movement, and body-based practices, I lead workshops exploring experimental ways for engaging with embodied experiences, dreaming, creativity, and relating to the world.
Recent projects include facilitating an online group with the Psychosis Therapy Project, where we explored voice and listening through dialogue and collaborative writing, as well as hosting regular workshops that investigate body symptoms through movement and drawing.
Much of my work is enriched by collaboration. I’ve worked with artists, facilitators and health professionals in community, cultural, and educational settings. I welcome invitations to run workshops and develop projects together.
