About

About Me

I’m a London-based facilitator and psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, groups, and communities. I’m in the advanced stages of my Processwork UK studies and am a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

Community Engagement

In 2020, I co-founded a Community Counselling project (2020 – 2022), offering free counselling to people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Since 2018, I’ve worked for an organisation supporting self-identifying women and girls around experiences of gender-based violence.

Together with Tana Lucker, I run System Surgery, a systemic facilitation initiative researching forms of collective care. I also develop projects involving interdisciplinary art, improvisation and collaboration.

My background and approach

Having grown up mostly in the UK with German and Swiss roots, themes of belonging and relating across differences have always been important to me. My background in art and collaboration led me to search for skillful ways of engaging with conflict, which introduced me to Processwork.

Processwork is a body-based and social-justice-oriented approach for working with groups and individuals. It suggests that unintended experiences within ourselves, our interactions, and the world are a form of “dreaming.” Like dreamwork, exploring what is lesser-known or disturbing with curiosity can lead to surprising keys to creativity, deeper relationships, and new directions.

Commitment to Growth

Ongoing self-education and development are important to me to ensure my work is trauma-informed and attuned to dynamics of power and privilege. I’m committed to working in a diversity-affirming and anti-oppressive way. I get things wrong sometimes and am grateful for feedback to support my awareness.
