I’m a group facilitator and psychotherapist in training, studying Processwork. Through my work I’m learning to value inner and outer difficulties as potentially creative and transformative. I’m also an artist and develop workshops bringing together practices from different fields including art, movement, somatics, community healing and activism. A thread running through my work is an interest in how body-based practices open up ways of knowing and relating. I continually learn from radical teachers, artists, and community-builders who model pathways for a more imaginative and just society, one that celebrates diversity and supports our capacities for eldership.
