I facilitate groups, communities and organisations seeking support in working together, holding difficult conversations and finding their direction. This is tailored to your specific needs. To discuss the possibility of working together and pricing get in touch.
I’ve worked with groups involved in climate activism; dialogue about consent and the Me Too movement within dance; and exploring racism and what it means to be white. I facilitate groups in person and online.
How I work
The principle of Deep Democracy informs my facilitation approach. A ‘deeply democratic’ process includes relating to what is said and unsaid, atmospheres in the group experience, and social dynamics shaping interactions. Bringing attention to these aspects supports deeper understanding and emergent ways forward.
My work involves facilitated conversation. I also use interactive tools like role play, movement, and inner reflection exercises to notice body experiences and how they relate to what is happening in the group.
